But 600MB for $1 is quite a good deal considering what I'm paying for my LTE service here in Canada.  You cannot be more right, we had to cut our TV-access and landline here in Edmonton, too expensive cannot afford..........  |

I don't know what it's like up there in Edmonton, but here in Toronto, you can sort of get by without TV subscription if you're on a tight budget. You get quite a few good over-the-air channels - Canadian and American - if you use a good antenna. Sports, movies, TV series, documentaries... I'd say pretty good stuff for no cost.  But of course, landlines are a still ridiculously priced.  |

In Edmonton apparently without cable, just 3 channels with lots of noise on it......

Usually it was TV5 with some French programs (news, questions pour un champion, tout le monde veut prendre sa place), also some documentaries but I can't recall the channel's names, probably Discovery and others, and also Seinfeld but can't remember neither the channel (Comedy?..) +a few others for my Spouse I've since found out where to watch the same news online, Great Success ! |

I've since found out where to watch the same news online, Great Success ! Glad to hear. I get most of my (want-to-watch) entertainment online too. After sports, British comedy is my favourite! IMO, no other country does it better.  |

Damn, FabienA380! Can you please stop hoarding all our winter snow and send some over here to Toronto ?!? We had our first 5cm last week, but it all disappeared within a couple of days. Nothing much for the next two weeks. |
