I believe we will inevitably see some ceo/neo conversions next year..... I would not be surprised if this was part of an Airbus plan to de-risk the transition from -ceo to -neo. Airbus may have sold more -ceos than it plans to produce (in case -neo production is delayed for some reason), while having by contract the right to deliver -neos instead if everything goes well. Such a contract might be a very good deal for a customer planning to have both types in its fleet.

When do we think the last ceo version would be built / delivered ? The main problem with the transition to the Neo will not be Airbus building the frames, it will be the engine mfgs ramping up production

Is there not a two week shut down for Christmas / New year ? We are talking about orders, not production. You may close a sale any day of the year, sales efforts are always going on.

The A321neo success story goes on. More surprisingly, TK also decided to defer delivery of 17 A321neo from 2017/18 to 2021/22. Has this postponement something to do with the opening of the new airport (I forgot the timeline), or is Airbus taking steps to address overbooking ?

Maybe, or TK are just balancing the A321neo deliveries (they have almost 100 A321neo on order).
