This is a firm order, whereas the Boeing agreement is still a MoU (see the Boeing press release in the "Boeing orders 2015" thread). The reason may be that this is an incremental order which does not require much paperwork, whereas the 78J is a new sub-type in the ANA fleet.
This is new evidence of the A321 ceo/neo runaway success. New -ceo orders collected at this stage also strongly suggest that Airbus already has decided some -ceo production rate boost even though -neo production is already on track.

Well only 5 orders in the Airbus January xls - 5x - A332 Unidentified.
The paperwork on ANA order still not finished.

What I find interesting is that this unidentified buyer is a new A330ceo customer. The -ceo is still an attractive type if it gets new customers.

Well only 5 orders in the Airbus January xls - 5x - A332 Unidentified. Was there any hint of this in the news anywhere? Could it be Airbus's own order for the 5 Beluga XL project that uses the A332 platform? ....or does Airbus already show the 5 unit Beluga order in its books now that the MSN is allocated? Can anyone confirm?
