From the article 'Airbus is ramping up to between 105 and 110 (A350) deliveries annually in 2019-2021 according to a senior exec. in the supply chain.' Gosh is that all?

Airbus' goal was a pace of ten per month on a eleven-months-per-year basis. Production is going on at that very high rate now, and present demand doesn't seem to warrant an even higher one. We shouldn't be misled by the 787 ramp-up to a rate of fourteen per month. I don't think that rate can be sustained more than a few years.

Airbus looking at the option of putting the Ultrafan on an A350neo in around 2025 That would be huge news ! An Ultrafan-powered A359 would leap-frog the 787 in efficiency, while an Ultrafan-powered A35K would be a very serious threat to the 778/779 programme.

I hope first customer for Ultrafan-powered a350neo will be Emirates with orders converted from A380s.

On a question about MTOW increase for the A350-1000, Guillaume Faury answered "Nothing more at that stage" during today's press conference.

It seems AAB let the cat out the bag, before anyone at Airbus wanted to let it be known.

This heaps a bit of pressure on Boeing's NMA decision. While they focus on trying to close the iffy business case for it, this is Airbus's signal that they will attack elsewhere that is more profitable.

I guess the bigger question to ask is whether QR is willing to drop their 777X IF A35K MTOW actually increase to 316T.

I guess the bigger question to ask is whether QR is willing to drop their 777X IF A35K MTOW actually increase to 316T. The MTOW of the A350-1000 has already be increased to 316t. So the question has to be about further increase.
