If I count delayed frames, I find now 40 LEAP frames and 44 P&W frames give and take a few. But that seems not to be because P&W delivers more engines, but rather because there are more frames with LEAP engines to be delivered now. Quite a few of the older P&W frames are leaving the nest in the last weeks and few young ones are added to the gliders.

There seem to be enough neo engines arriving at Airbus. The amount of gliders is going down. 56 neo delivered and flown out this month including today. P&W has the edge with 21 GTF frames against CFM with 16 LEAP frames up to now this month. I am thinking if P&W had quite a few engines that had to rebuild and are again now available.

When the press gets focused on something, such non-events get magnified into a valuable story ...

aviationweek.com/commercial-aviation/a320neo-engine-vibration-issue-hits-lufthansa-opsPure warm up of old news, facts/numbers unreleated to the topic. Nothing official, but than a bunch of so called sources??? Strange no comment acc. the former sentence, but an official statement by the CEO to the topic? So it is again an warm of an old statement. If you check FR24 data, you see that there is no difference in block time and no limitation. The whole fleet was in the air yesterday! If there were 14 exchanges and only an minor and unclear part by the vibriation, how could this amont of changes be to affect all 12 frames? There might be an issues but at the moment it is pure nonsens by some guys at Bloomberg and Jens Flottau. The later one already proved in past not to be the most accurate one. And the style how they mix up facts and guesses, old and new issues is unacceptable.
