As the site is not available in Europe a short summary would be great. Even if I could read it a short comment is always appreciated. I do not like blank linking of news or even worse tweets which takes long time to load on slow internet or got deleted, leaving a blank comment. |

That is interesting, purely speculation and guessing on my part..is it simply that the engine durability is not meeting specs? Could CFM offer a better contract

Anyway I think with the problems that have occurred with engines in the last years, and more recently the 737 Max problems, airlines despite the great economies of scale of having less diversity, they are thinking more and more about not putting all the eggs in the same basket.
At least airlines with very huge fleets

At least airlines with very huge fleets The fact that Indigo split its initial order, selecting engines only for the first batch of aircraft, strongly suggests in my opinion that from the outstart they thought of using both engines. |
