The -200 has more range while the -300 has more capacity.

For some reason, I'm quite excited about this thing's first flight even though it's not really a new aircraft type...at least visually.

Also note the blue engine nacelles. This aircraft will go to Delta after certification.

For some reason, I'm quite excited about this thing's first flight even though it's not really a new aircraft type...at least visually. It's not a new aircraft type, but it is the structural basis for the A330neo. That makes this aircraft important.

Wehey! Congratulations to Airbus. I imagine that the first flight would not have been at 242T, though? And from the above article: A very short flight test campaign. The article also says that 11 customers have signed up for 242T versions. Apart from Delta, who else do we know?
